The concept of the dishes is an innovative interpretation of world cuisines based on local ingredients with a touch of the Rovinj Mediterranean tradition

Our inspiration are always the best seasonal products selected from the small and authentic local fishermen, farmers and producers, carefully prepared to extract the maximum. These ingredients are then served in seven courses plus intro and finale. There is a choice of two tasting menus
