Welcome to Cave Lab
Almost at the top of the Montalbano street, just 30 meters below restaurant Monte, the Dekic family opened restaurant Cave Lab in what once was Monte’s wine cellar.
Private dining
Cave Lab is a very intimate and exclusive space, therefore exceptionally suitable for groups of 9 up to 14 guests. Cave Lab can be reserved for groups only.
The Space
Many houses in the historical centre of Rovinj used the structure of the solid rocks as load-bearing walls which is why today pieces of natural rocks are still present in the dining area „Cave” of the restaurant, still surrounded by our most precious wines.
Our state of the art kitchen „Lab” is where we experiment with various of the best local and seasonal ingredients.
